Collier’s Funeral Home was founded by the late Sheldon C. "Pete" and Bernice M. Collier in 1946. Mr. Collier was licensed as an embalmer and funeral director in 1929 at the age of 20. After serving with other St. Louis area funeral homes, he established his own firm on St. Charles Rock Road in St. Ann, Missouri, where the business remained for 45 years.
