Biggs (formerly, Biggs Station) is a city in Butte County, California, United States. The population was 1,707 at the 2010 census, down from 1,793 at the 2000 census.

History
Biggs is named for Maj. The town would have had a "Got Milk" museum. Most of the town's residents were against this name change proposal. Biggs turned down benefits they otherwise would have received if they had changed the town name to "Got Milk." In late 2002, the town's mayor was faced with the opportunity of the town benefiting from a proposed name change by the dairy organization that hit pay dirt with the "Got Milk" ad campaign. Marion Biggs, who first shipped grain by rail from the place.
