History
As the water in the lake has dropped, the original paved streets and boat ramp are visible on the north side of Kansas Highway 16 as it crosses the lake. The population was 175 at the 2000 United States Census census. Randolph is a city in Riley County, Kansas County, Kansas, United States. The entire town moved after Tuttle Creek Lake was built in the late 1950s. It is part of the Manhattan, Kansas Manhattan metropolitan area Statistical Area.
Randolph was originally located a mile east of its present location.
