Stewartstown is a New England town in Coos County, New Hampshire County, New Hampshire, United States. It is part of the Berlin, New Hampshire NH–Vermont Berlin micropolitan area Statistical Area.
Stewartstown was granted in 1770 and incorporated in 1795. Originally named Stuart after Sir John Stuart, it was incorporated as Stewartstown, following the Scottish spelling of the name. The population was 1,012 at the 2000 census. .
