History
The town was formed from parts of the Towns of Greenfield, New York and Northumberland, New York in 1801. Hadley is a town in Saratoga County, New York County, New York, United States. The Corinth (town), New York of Corinth was taken from Hadley in 1818, and the Day, New York of Day was removed in 1819, bringing the Town of Hadley to its current dimensions. The town was named after Hadley, Massachusetts Massachusetts.
The first settler arrived around 1788. The population was 1,971 at the 2000 census.
