Wyandanch (/ˈwaɪənˌdæntʃ/, WHY-ən-DANCH) is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in the Town of Babylon in Suffolk County, New York, United States. The population was 11,647 at the 2010 census.

Colonial Spring water was bottled in small blue embossed "West Deer Park" bottles by the Colonial Springs Mineral Company between 1845 and 1854. The historic Conklin homestead was destroyed by fire on December 17, 1918 after being inhabited for 208 years.
