The Montreal Company Location Historic District, which includes several of these company town houses, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. Montreal is a city in Iron County, Wisconsin County, Wisconsin, United States. During the early 1900s, miners settled near the mine shaft and leased the land from the mining company.
