Stevensville is a census-designated place (CDP), in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The Stevensville Historic District is one of only two National Register of Historic Places historic district (United States) districts in the county, the other being the Centreville Historic District.
Stevensville was founded in 1850 as a steamboat terminal. Today, the Stevensville Historic District contains roughly 100 historic structures dating back to the town's early days. It is the most populous place (United States Census Bureau) among both CDPs and municipality in the county. .
