As of the United States Census, 2000 census, the city population was 2,855. The town was incorporated in 1927. Boardman is a city in Morrow County, Oregon County, Oregon, United States on the Columbia River and Interstate 84 (Oregon) 84. Boardman was homestead principle in 1903, by Samuel Herbert Boardman, the first Superintendent of the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Department State Parks System. .
